Nicole Schopp

Lawyer

Vita

My name is Nicole Schopp. Since being admitted to the bar in 2024, I have been advising and representing national and international companies from various industries in all areas of intellectual property law.

After completing my 2nd state examination in law in 2022, I initially worked in an international commercial and tech law firm in Düsseldorf in the field of national and cross-border transactions.

The special strength of Kather Augenstein’s team is that it consists of one piece and is extremely variable. Partners and associates can be added to a core team at any time in order to absorb work peaks and to conduct complex processes precisely and with the necessary depth.

The Legal 500, Ranking 2022

During my law studies at the Ruhr University Bochum, I specialised in criminal law with a focus on European and international law, medical law and procedural law.
